You want everything to work – without hassle and with as few unexpected surprises as possible. Of course, technology sometimes stops working for no apparent reason, but with the right support those incidents are kept to a minimum and fixed fast.
Rather than give you a long menu of services let’s keep things simple. We offer three packages:
The Essential Package |
Gives you remote telephone assistance and advice during office hours (9am-6pm) including support when you have emergency problems.
Plus we’ll find you the hardware and software you need to meet your needs, configure your operating systems, install and configure software and ensure your systems are secure and protected. Onsite support is available for £70 for the first hour and £50 for subsequent hours.
The Standard Package |
Includes everything in the Essential Package, plus backup administration to ensure all your data is safe and checked regularly to ensure files are not corrupted. Onsite support rates are £50 for the first hour and £40 for subsequent hours.
The Proactive Package |
You’ll get remote telephone support 24/7, all the elements of the Standard Package plus 3 visits from our maintenance team each year when required; a regular PC health check to ensure no viruses or bugs have crept in and that everything is operating as it should.
The Bespoke services |
You can add specific services to these packages to create a custom package that meets your needs – and our services include:
- Server support
- Network installation and maintenance
- Telephony
- Services for routers, printers, smartphones and tablets
