Remote Start Service

As communications become more and more advanced, remote service has stopped being something odd, obscure and uncontrolled. Presence effect is easy to get using video, audio and conference features, sharing applications and desktops, and modern technologies allow controlling all the actions performed by a remote technician.

How It Works?

  • We get the most convenient date and time fixed;
  • Customer’s in-house engineer receives simple instructions on setting up a remote session for technical support;
  • At the fixed time our engineer contacts the customer and remotely connects to a desktop of an application on customer’s computer, while the customer can fully control all the actions performed by our engineer, and the remote session is established in compliance with the highest demands for the security and safety of corporate data;
  • During the remote deployment of the project our specialist trains customer’s employee, teaches him all the theory and gives him practical experience in management and support of the product;
  • After the remote session is stopped, our engineer has no possibility to get any unauthorized access to customer’s corporate data.

  • Professionalism. It is not a secret that usually highly qualified engineers are working in comfortable offices while less qualified technicians travel to customer’s office.

Hardware Requirements:

  • Computer with Internet access and speed 512 Kb/s and faster.
  • Appropriate permissions and accounts to organize work with the hardware and services.

Before customers make up a decision towards local or remote service, we offer them to test the quality of our remote service and then to choose the most suitable variant. Even while receiving a remote service from us, customers can decide that they wish to continue with local service, then the service will be changed to local, and we will only ask to pay the difference in price for local and remote service.
